I decided to call back in the morning and I was pleased to speak with George the GM. He was very friendly and warm. Without hesitation he offed to either send me a gift card for my trouble or I could come in for a redo. I decided to grab my meal for lunch and was quite pleased. I am grateful for the amazingly wonderful service that I have received from this location, especially during this unfamiliar time. Their mobile app and curbside pick up options are great. They also have amazing deals and nice servers. Thank you to all the amazing staff that go in so that we all can take a break from cooking!”

“I called Beau at Advance Auto Rescue on a Saturday morning with a strange request to help jump start a pile driver we use to install solar fields. I expected him to say that was not something he did, but instead he said "I am on my way." He arrived quickly and was able to jump the machine. He then Stayed onsite to assist my truck driver in loading the equipment. He also noticed it was running on fumes. After confirming with me that I approved the additional cost he followed the truck to a gas station to make sure it didn't need to be jump started again. “My father went to Salemtown for rehabilitation after a hospital stay. The staff was so accommodating and helpful. My dad can be stubborn and everyone was patient and kind, and worked with him at his pace while also pushing and encouraging him to challenge himself. His room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The facility as a whole is beautiful. A lot of time and thought has been put into making the hallways, common spaces, and dining areas feel less like a rehabilitation center and more like a hotel. The food is very good and family can dine with their loved ones when they visit (there is a place where family/friends can order food and bring it back to the room). I took my dad on several walks through the hallways and we saw beautiful grounds and gardens outside for guest use, as well as places where guests can congregate and chat, play a game, watch television and get to know one another. The staff care was evident with every person who came into the room. They treated my father with respect and were very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Salemtown.”
