At first I was skeptical as dealing with general companies and contractors alike hasn't all been pleasant, but with these guys I was pleasantly surprised. The gentleman who was called in to pulled our cabinets out came right on time, was courteous and did a phenomenal job pinpointing our issues and made sure to take care of our hardwoods and appliances as he worked. After the issue was resolved, he promptly came back THE SAME DAY with a colleague to put everything back in order. These folks did quality work, showed exemplary customer service and finished the job quickly. Just a note I can't speak for installs or their selection so my comments are on their service calls only and in that regard this place is a winner.”

“Had to edit my original review.... The initial install for our granite was not good (patterns did not match and poor seams). This being our 1st new home, were quite upset. However, after our real estate agent and builder agreed with us Constrata agreed to replace the granite and allowed us to pick out the exact slab that would be used. Julie from their main office handled all of this gracefully and made the process easy. Yesterday they installed the new granite and it is perfect. The manager was incredibly courteous and apologized profusely. I was told to return to the store to get three complimentary tacos. I'm quite happy with the food and the service. This Taco Bell store comes highly recommended by me. Please double-check your order before you depart, just to be cautious!”
