“I love Moe’s rather I go in or I order online. My food is always prepared just how I like it and overall the customer service is great. Only problem I had was today when I made an online order and picked my order up I was missing extra meat. I kindly asked for the meat to be added not really caring how they added and the guy looked at me like I was lying when It clearly said extra steak( and there was none) Thanks the manager was there and he made sure I got what I paid for. I just disliked the response considering I eat there fairly regularly and I could’ve been a grinch about but I wasn’t.”

Best Desert - still can't believe it's Vegan?( tried a few flavors) This is my second time going & just when I didn't think it could get better...I just love the staff and everything they are doing! I felt safe & happy!! The food is so delicious, the service was on point and friendly! Was well worth both of my 35min drives ( one way) to have such a great experience! A honest, kind and amazingly talented stylist, Jennifer took her time to explain where my hair is now in terms of health and the “journey” we will take to make my hair healthy. Jennifer was not going to just color my hair because that is what I asked for. She explained that my hair needed to heal and provided me with steps, products and tools to get it there. I came out with a limited split that I still loved, a great cut and a program to make my hair healthier. 6 weeks later I see the improvement and love that I also received more education on my type of hair. (I also know how to style my CRAZY CURLS without breaking every strand of hair). This is so welcome. I will not go anywhere else. I appreciate the knowledge, her amazing skill and the color and cut is always perfect. I absolutely recommend Jennifer.”

“About a month and a half ago I was trying to get a tail light bulb replaced and called the Firestone on Ann, the one I ALWAYS go to for service. Long story short I got the runaround from a very rude guy and had to look elsewhere. I called another Firestone and no go. I finally talked to Daniel at this location. He was so nice and professional and told me to just bring it in. He didn't want me to wait for a bay so he changed the bulb right there in the parking lot in less than 10 minutes, told me to have a nice day and sent me on my way. I appreciated that so much that I just made a service appointment with him and will bring my car here from now on!”

“I normally don’t take the time to write reviews but I had such a positive experience here today that I have to write one! The employees here were all so friendly and helpful from the person I spoke to on the phone to the person who checked me in at the front desk to the person who went over my bill and cashed me out. Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and upfront with me I was blown away. They told me there would be about a half hour wait before they could look at my car but they came and got it in about 15 minutes. I needed two tires replaced and they gave me price quotes on three different options so I could compare side by side. At no point did I feel pressured or like someone was just trying to make a sale off me. I expected to spend my whole Saturday waiting around for my car to be done but these guys had me in and out with two new tires and a front end alignment in just under two hours! Definitely will be taking my car to these guys again. Oh and their lobby is super nice and clean and they’re following all the appropriate sanitation requirements for COVID-19 which was very comforting to see.”

“I cannot say enough good things about the service we received from Doug and his team. We purchased a 2013 Ural sidecar (here in Austin) and were looking for a good place to get some work done on it. They not only did a thorough job with the correct quality factory parts, but we ended up upgrading our seat to the 'nicer' one after checking out another bike on the showroom floor. NICE!!! The ride back to Austin (although cold in January) was smooth, and a fun family adventure that included a nice stop at Willie Nelson's place and some hot chocolate in Waco for everyone.
