“What's happened to the world's bookstores! Never thought BAM would be one of the few standing at the end (Borders, maybe!)... Anyway - this is a good place to browse around for a couple of hours ... good size selection ... I come here with my daughter often and have purchased a lot of books here ... excellent kids section ...employees here are friendly and they leave you alone. Coffee is terrible ... and I don't like the 'sign up for this, or sign up for that' push sale stuff ... so, I'll take a star away for that. Overall good.”

I bought a 2015 Chevy Sonic Sedan LT, Leroy was so helpful and conscientious, really patient, explained all the details of the financing arrangement to me, I called him and asked him multiple times to take a look at my new car and he did everything and then some to make sure I was happy and safe in my new car. Jonathan his manager even got involved when my car had a small issue and they fixed it immediately, and kept me in the loop the entire time. I have never experienced service like McKenney-Salinas Honda, they are one of a kind. They definitely have a customer for life with me, well worth the drive!”

Came in looking for a glass piece for a silicone bowl but they didnt have any. But the 2 girls that helped me both suggested to each other they needed to order some. “Best customer service I've ever had. Courtney was very professional and helpful.She was personable and cheerful, you could tell she enjoys her job. She was knowledgeable and patient with me. She answered all my questions (I had a lot) and gave me several options to choose from. We finished up my paper work in no time. My car would not start in the parking lot when I got ready to leave. Courtney was still helping another customer already past time to close. When she finished with him and locked up, she refused to leave until I got my car started and out of the parking lot, even after I told her I had help on the way. She had to have been there at least 3 hours after time for her to leave. I tried to get her to go on home (but I was really glad she stayed). It was the most fun I've ever had while broke down and waiting for help. Thank you Courtney”
