(January 16, 2019, 4:42 pm)What's happened to the world's bookstores! Never thought BAM would be one of the few standing at the end (Borders, maybe!)... Anyway - this is a good place to browse around for a couple of hours ... good size selection ... I come here with my daughter often and have purchased a lot of books here ... excellent kids section ...employees here are friendly and they leave you alone. Coffee is terrible ... and I don't like the 'sign up for this, or sign up for that' push sale stuff ... so, I'll take a star away for that. Overall good.
(November 26, 2018, 11:14 am)I will have to say, I was pleasantly surprised at how much the staff, was willing to help. Even if it meant going out of their way. I was treated very kind, and I really like the store. My only complaint, would be that it is hard for people in wheelchairs to get around. I would like to personally thank the manager David for his willingness to help with a problem. I had from ordering a book on line. Although I was unable to get by there, due to something out of my control. He was great on the phone, and I will definitely be back.
