Which could be the worst part because everyone else seems to be extremely helpful or willing to give you the advice they can”

“Very good store! The price is very reasonable, at some items is better than big stores. They sell tons of books and kids books, which are quite complete, with amazing price. Make sure to check the books with reduced price tag, the prices are so cheap. They also sell toys and board games, with very reasonable prices. They also have a loyalty program that you can sign up. The staffs are quite friendly, the place is clean, and the parking spots are numerous and close by.”

“I love Moe’s rather I go in or I order online. My food is always prepared just how I like it and overall the customer service is great. Only problem I had was today when I made an online order and picked my order up I was missing extra meat. I kindly asked for the meat to be added not really caring how they added and the guy looked at me like I was lying when It clearly said extra steak( and there was none) Thanks the manager was there and he made sure I got what I paid for. I just disliked the response considering I eat there fairly regularly and I could’ve been a grinch about but I wasn’t.”

“Update* although we did have a problem with our sofa Godwin and the manager did go above and beyond to make the situation right. We appreciate having a company we can trust now a days. It can be hard to come by but Ashley does stand by their products. We purchased a sectional here and within less than two years of very standard or mild use...there’s only two of us no children... this thing is literally falling apart at the seams. We got the full protection plan and were told it would cover anything that could happen to the fabric. Well when we went to file a claim we were told that none of our issues were covered. We have broken zippers, burst seams and fraying. This fabric is trash. Now we wasted our money for a sofa that looks like garbage after less than two years. Forget about customer service you will wait on hold for Hours and receive no help.this was not a low priced item. For the money we paid for this sofa it should last!”

“What's happened to the world's bookstores! Never thought BAM would be one of the few standing at the end (Borders, maybe!)... Anyway - this is a good place to browse around for a couple of hours ... good size selection ... I come here with my daughter often and have purchased a lot of books here ... excellent kids section ...employees here are friendly and they leave you alone. Coffee is terrible ... and I don't like the 'sign up for this, or sign up for that' push sale stuff ... so, I'll take a star away for that. Overall good.”
