Abby is "The Bomb". She is helpful, knowledgeable, well trained, and very thorough in her job. She spent a great deal of time with me on the phone making sure everything was taken care of so my kiddos could be set up with the dentist as new patients. She even offered the best advice about a child with braces and making sure he is not seen right after being seen at the orthodontist to elevate any extra pain. I look forward to doing business with Carolina Fellows. You have a "Gem" in Abby. 10 STARS is what I say!!
Every time I come there come they are very friendly, warm, and very welcoming. I love the dentist they're very polite they care about their patients the environment is very clean staff very helpful with any type of questions I love that place. I was a new patient so I was a little nervous about going. Plus I was having a tooth pulled i read some reviews and figured I should go see for myself. They were excellent everyone was extremely kind and caring. Dr. Scanlan, DDS couldn't of been better she explained everything and was very sweet. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a dentist without insurance.
The staff are excellent and very welcoming. My daughter LOVES to go here. She cries if her appointment has to be rescheduled. I had to have work done to my tooth, unfortunately I had to take my two little ones with me. Thank goodness for the great staff that kept them entertained. The ladies at the front desk know me and understand my financial situation. The dentist are fantastic and gentle. This office is just PERFECT. Thank you all for being so great.
