Boyd Chevrolet Buick GMC

I was unable to get a timely appointment at the Durham Chevy dealer and called Boyd. They also had a wait to schedule but were able to get me an appointmentment in 1 week instead of 3. It's a 30 mile drive so I expected to be there most of the day for a somewhat major repair. Once they verified the problem and got the parts ordered the service advisor came in and said he had me a car so I could go home and come back in the morning. My car was ready for me when I arrived and I was able to leave by 9am. I was very please with the service and won't hesitate to take my car to them again in the future if needed.

Service Dept. always tries to accommodate my crazy schedule. Pricey, but the options are explained, questions answered and the work gets done on time- the first time. Friendly service personal is a plus!

I had a coupon but it was for the Boyd in Henderson and Boyd in Oxford still gave me the deal which was actually a little cheaper. Didn't know the Boyd dealerships were each owned by two brothers. Both dealerships are great and it's good to know that I can trust both dealerships to provide me with great service.
