I'm sorry I don't know the name of the employee that helped us but he went over and beyond to help us. He was very patient and thorough, genuinely concerned about the issue we were having. Most of all, the staff there were all very knowledgeable and they helped each other. Listening to some of the conversations going on around us, the other employees were going out of their way to help customers too. We were totally impressed and so appreciative of our treatment there. This store should be recognized for its customer care! We left there feeling we were cared about and valued as customers! Great job they are doing here!”

“I just want to say Kindred Hospital is the BEST. My mother has been at Kindred for 5 months and they are doing a fantastic job. My mother is is the glue to our family so to have her away from us is very hard. Kindred makes sure we videochat her the make sure she is comfortable and they treat her like she is family. During this pandemic, it was a great reminder of how to use strategies to get through this stressful time. I felt free and encouraged to give input and I received immediate feedback from the host. I was charged with coming up with a "Crisis Plan" by first analyzing my own cues and communicating my needs to people I can depend on.
