(October 20, 2021, 4:34 pm)I love this beautiful place. Every time I have a concern the management is professional and addresses the issue immediately or in a timely manner. Since the management has changed to Southwood Realty, I have enjoyed the new manager Courtney. She is a delight and shows excellent concern to each resident. She is professional and courteous. I enjoy living in this community. It feels like a community and not just an apartment complex. Great job Abernathy Park Staff!
(July 30, 2021, 2:28 pm)It's the management for me! I love Susan, Amy, and Myracle. They are very kind and professional. I have enjoyed my apartment this last year. Very spacious. Fully upgraded, black appliances, white cabinets, W/D in unit and a patio. Unfortunately, I will not be renewing (the next tenants are very blessed), but if I could take the leasing office ladies with me, I would!
