Cone Health Sagewell Health & Fitness at MedCenter Greensboro

This is for Homestead Market, a local traveling farmers market that sets up at the various Come Health locations. They are at the Sagewell location on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3 PM to 7 PM. While I was working out, I was thinking that I needed to stop at the market and pick up some squash, zucchini, apples, and a protein. Imagine my surprise when this little market had all three. Come out and support local businesses and local farmers while getting fresh organic produce meats, and seafood’s!

I had a medical emergency on Saturday and decided to go to Cone on Drawbridge. My experience there was better than pleasant. They were quite busy and had many patients waiting to be seen. Every associate that I had contact with was very good to help me with my needs. I wanted to thank you for your excellent service and care.

Wonderful staff. The gym itself is really well equipped. The pool is amazing. My kiddo always has a lot of fun in the childcare area.

Best workout spot I've ever heard about. Child care is top notch, pool is never crowded, weight machines and free weights are always available. They offer lots of classes and free fitness assessments a few times a year.

My wife and I joined Sagewell a year ago. We love it! It has been very helpful to us as we came out of our "isolation". We are taking several classes each week and enjoy them. We find them all suitable to our level of exercise - and can be modified to anyone's level of exercise.. I have been using a Personal Trainer and am totally satisfied with that arrangement. Best of all is the warm, welcoming, helpful feeling of community with both the staff and other Sagewell members. It is a winning experience!
