Sarah and Ann were so awesome to work with. My engagement ring was purchased from another location. After having my ring resized at that location the diamond fell out and was lost. They were rude and tried to charge us thousands of dollars more to replace the stone with the same thing I had before. I came to Ann and she helped me find the perfect diamond well within our budget and gave us a great deal on an upgraded setting. She called and text me through the whole process to make sure I was comfortable. What a change of customer service from the prior place!
