Long appointment, but 5 star treatment with the desired outcome. Dr. Beshears is a great dentist and his Dental Assistant, Sara, was very helpful and informative. She knows what she is doing. Together, they made the appointment very pleasant. Normally, dental appointment and pleasant don't go in the same sentence.

Dr. Beshears and his staff are always so friendly and caring. They take good care of their patients. Lori cleaned my teeth and gave me a bright smile. I highly recommend Dr. Beshears, I have been his patient for 30 years.

Superb facilities, staff and attitude! I will be returning! Dr. Ray Beshears and all his staff have provided our family with expert state of the art, comprehensive prophylactic dental services since the beginning of his practice in the 70's in Jamestown. I have had crowns over the years and all were perfectly and expertly done with no discomfort and I have never had a complication with them to this day. Today I was evaluated for periodontal disease, had a thorough routine dental cleaning as well as fluoride treatment. Brittany was my dental assistant today and was very gentle. I didn't even feel the gum evaluation. The staff has always been friendly, with individual personal and professional dental care. The entire office is beautiful from entry way lobby and into every dental treatment room. I always feel relaxed during every procedure and have never had any experiences over the years that were less than professional. I owe all my present healthy gums, teeth and smile to Dr. Ray Beshears and his professional staff. I 100% recommend this dental practice.

Today was my first experience at Dr. Beshears office. I have to say that I am so impressed with the thought and time they put into each one of their patients and the new patient experience. I am a General Manager of an Optometrist office, so I am well aware of how the process works. I couldn't be more pleased with their process from check in to check out. Dr. Beshears takes his time with you and explains everything he's doing and why. I'm thoroughly impressed and can't wait to take my children later this month.

I needed work done and I’ve waited for a little while as I do not trust dentists due to my previous experience. First of all I was very impressed by the office, great design, a lot of technology, great detail, beautiful photography. The initial exam was very thorough and precise. The staff is extremely professional. very genuinely friendly and no nonsense. When I came for my fillings the doctor listened to all of my concerns, and was understanding of my preferences and did everything in the most patient-respectable way, looking to accomplish the best for me. I honestly think Dr. Beshears and Sara are the most wonderful of those who have ever touched my teeth. The office handles the insurance matters in a very comfortable way. If I could give 50 stars instead of 5 I would.
