(September 23, 2020, 11:31 pm)The owners have always been unreservedly sweet and abundantly helpful to me, ever since I was a student till I got my cosmetology license. The store is a snazzy kaleidoscope of all contemporary products, presented in a neat and organized manner. The layout and design seem to undergo constant improvement. Every time I go it has been quite lively yet the owners still take their time to explain and answer any questions I may have. If I had to nitpick, some sections could use some more dusting, but giving the constant renovation and exciting lineup they have in store it is a tiny matter. I'm always excited to see what new innovative additions they have. Always happy to shop and support this location. Here's for many more years!

(September 8, 2020, 2:16 pm)I heard the place is under new management so I decided to give them a try and wow let me tell you. The store has a new modern and fresh feel too it, no overpowering acrylic smell, owners that genuinely cares, prices that regularly beats its online counterpart. The aisles aren't that wide so sometimes navigating can lead to some funny social stumbles, but other than that this store is superb. A must try place for any nail enthusiast!

They are amazing really knows their product and makes sure you have what you need but doesn't push anything on you. If you are looking for salon quality products for your business I highly recommend you check this place out! The brands you want, locally from a great helpful business! All the prices for nail products were considerable more affordable than the online options as well, such as my favorite Codi lotion was only $6.75 as oppose to $12+ on Amazon. My only caveat is that sometimes the store gets busy and the employees can get overwhelmed, but if you're patient with them they will return the favor.
(July 8, 2020, 2:40 pm)Today Nail Supply has seen such a marvelous transformation since the new ownership last year. They have truly evolved into the go-to community nail supply store. The owners are sincere and earnest in their want to help the Triad. Never pushy or judgmental, they always have the most cutting-edge and latest in glamour, technology and accessories. Their communication is great, although there is one person who stocks there whose English isn’t the strongest, which may be perceived as discriminatory or dismissive to some, but he’s a well-meaning and respectful fella. The prices are always fair and competitively priced, lower than other local supply stores for sure. For example, their box of 50 face masks only goes for $17; at the Home Depot, last time I was there, a box of 50 was well over $30! The layout is easy to navigate and always well-stocked with up-to-date inventory. I just absolutely adore, love, and cherish shopping here, every trip is a joy indeed!
