They explained the differences in features between the models in the line I was looking at, but didn’t try to sell me up to a more expensive machine. While I was there a customer who had been coming to them for a while couldn’t say enough about how friendly and helpful they are. I spent a significant amount of money on a new machine, which was a little scary, but I am very happy with my purchase. I also feel good knowing I have a great place to go when my machine needs to be serviced.”
