Cannot express properly how wonderful this funeral home is. They were compassionate, flexible, understanding and helpful beyond belief. Took care of my sweet almost 7 month old niece as if she were their own. Thank you.

Very professional service and compassionate staff. They are highly organized, responsive, kind, and patient. Robert and his staff did such an amazing job organizing my husband's memorial service and doing all the arrangements. They will put you at ease during such difficult and stressful time. Their prices maybe a little higher than other places, but considering the level of professionalism, I wouldn't look anywhere else. Highly recommend (if you ever need to use such services).

If I could give even more stars I would! They are simply amazing at what they do. They were always available and made what is a very difficult time as easy and simple as you could hope for. They were so considerate, professional and bent over backwards to help with anything I needed. I am highly impressed and can't begin to thank them enough for their kindness and just making everything so effortless. I can't imagine anyone ever having a complaint about these amazing people. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking such good care of my mother and being there every time I needed you. Their professionalism, kindness and amazing customer service is incredible.

Harnett County and the surrounding area is so blessed to have Mr. Paul Phillips! He is always giving back to our communities, such as by providing grief counseling, many other much needed services, and also with lots of personal acts of kindness.
