“I live in a rental town home. I was informed before moving in that my carpets were cleaned, however, there was still a terrible smell from the previous tenant. I called on a Monday to schedule to get my carpets cleaned. They were able to come on Wednesday. When they got here they informed me that they had cleaned this rental only a few months prior and that the issues I was having with the carpet were beyond cleanable. I was very happy to get an honest answer and they didn't take me for my money. They got me in contact with a carpet man that day who came out to give me an estimate. Overall, this is a very honest company, my only complaint was there was some carpet sludge left in my driveway.”
