“Love the staff so far we haven't attended YET. Only gave 4 stars because I've been there 4 times and the receptionist isn't very friendly, figured maybe just having a bad day but she's been the same each time. Not very inviting especially when I'm looking to send my children here and she's the first face and impression you get. But after meeting the woman responsible for enrollment she made up for the receptionist. She was so open and friendly and great personality. Excited for the future here.”

“Our children have enjoyed attending Live and Learn for five years. Preschool programming prepared our oldest for kindergarten and has laid a strong foundation for him both educationally and socially. Our middle child is prepared to start kindergarten this year in large part due to the terrific care, attention, thoughtfulness and love shown by Heather and staff. Summer programming is educational and fun as well. Our third child will also be attending preschool at Live and Learn when she is old enough. Thank you for great experience!:)”

“My 13 year old son wanted to continue with piano lessons. We found Cecilia Borders through a neighborhood website and set up a trial lesson. I was immediately impressed my her enthusiam, knowledge and love of teaching piano. My son left the trial and said, "she's the one!" We also like that Cecilia is not so regimented to the piano books and ventures out to teach songs my son has heard on the radio and is interested in. We hope to continue many years of lessons.”

“I’ve had the opportunity to Ride with Martin at “Ride LKN” on multiple occasions. He’s an excellent athlete and has a great background in water-sports, along with all the intangibles that you’d want out of your wakeboard/wake surf instructor. His instruction is easy to understand, and was extremely valuable in helping me progress. The Boat was absolutely dialed! The wake can be adjusted accordingly from beginner to Pro level wake size and shape to fit all skill levels of rider. Bottom line, If you’re looking to take your riding to the next level regardless of skill set, and more Importantly, having a BLAST doing it, booking your sessions with Martin at Ride LKN is a must!”

“After trying out a couple different daycares in Mooresville (Goddard and Smart Kids), we landed at The Learning Experience in Mooresville and WE LOVE IT. We were a little hesitant due to a couple bad reviews- but those reviews were from a time before the current management was in place. The current director and assistant director are both wonderful- fully engaged in the school, know all the kids and parents by name, plan fun after school and weekend activities for families and truly love their jobs. The teachers are wonderful and, if you ever have a concern or question, the director is always willing to discuss your concerns and address anything needed. We are so happy we ended up at TLE and don't regret for a second leaving the Mooresville Goddard or Smart Kids.”

“I am a current 7th grade student at Mount Mourne, and I love the school. It is a great way to understand and accept world cultures. Homework can be a handful if you do not manage time wisely. Our teachers are outstanding and do a great job at keeping the students engaged and focused on learning. The school also does a great job balancing out the schedules and the workload is very manageable. I play soccer for most of the school year and I never feel stressed about my time schedule and always have time to do other activities. The school challenges us to think creatively and to rely on our fellow students. The A-day and B-day schedule is also very helpful on days were the homework load is heavier than usual and gives time to balance our work. I strongly recommend this school because of the amazing community, teachers, and willingness of the students to work.”

I'm always amazed at the parents who have children that have been here since the beginning, when a building didn't even exist, yet they stood behind a vision and came together to build this extraordinary school. It offers an amazing level of academic rigor and will challenge your kids, but if they are bound for college, then this will prepare them for that journey. We also love the resources that abound with the STEM building, the Fine Arts, and the many clubs that are offered. If you are fortunate enough to get you kids in here through the lottery, I recommend it for those that are on the fence!”
