“Purchased 2 sets of the Lock-N-Load 2 rigs, installed them ok, but when I went to load my bikes the left arms would not lock down despite being in the locking position. Locked the right and strapped as normal for that day, and notified RR of the issue. Within an hour I received a message, after further explanation they sent out 2 replacement L arms and I will send mine back for inspection. What great service!!”
