While we were traveling and at a rest stop, site unseen, she explained and described things perfectly to us over the phone and also took our information and got us all set up even though it was at the end of her day. She went above and beyond, so much that we chose to rent an additional unit online the next day to make our transition easier. We appreciate the excellent customer service. Our unit was clean and ready for use.
