(February 18, 2022, 2:08 pm)Not surprised that everyone in this coffee shop seemed to be a regular. Great coffee and food. Lots of space and different areas for seating. Outdoor/indoor available. Free wifi for studying. Good selection of different brews. Dairy free alternatives.

(August 8, 2021, 10:51 am)Boulevard is always great. I tend to stick to a regular medium roast, and it's really good. My husband and I went this morning for breakfast. We both had bacon, egg, and cheese - mine on an everything bagel, his on a croissant. They were delicious. Service is fast and friendly, and the prices are reasonable. You can't beat the location, either - lots of outdoor seating.
