“I visited Dr. Palmer this week to determine that I have tinnitus and some mild hearing loss. This is not the worse news but certainly not something I look forward to as I age and in my early 50’s. Dr. Palmer certainly made my first time visit a very pleasant and comfortable one. She was most informative and provided me with much information that will allow me to prepare myself for might be ahead. She was very patient and took a lot of time before, during and after the hearing exam to walk me through the process and to answer any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Dr. Palmer with High Point Audiology in Clayton.”

“I have to say not only are they a great pediatric office but they show they care. My daughter is almost two lmonths and at her one month my depression/anxiety score was high. They had called me a week later and two weeks after that to check up on me and see what they can do to help. Depression runs high in my family and my father is going through a rough time right now and I could only wish his doctors office would take their time out of their day to make sure he’s safe like Jeffers is doing for me. I almost never see this good of service when the doctors office calls to check on your wellness. I truly appreciate it and so does my boyfriend. My son is also 5 and we have been attending this office for the past 2.5 years. The lactation nurses are great and so far I have seen dr.jenkins, Garrish and johansen and I have had a good experience with all of them. The on call doctors are responsive and good aswell?”
