We called interested in a vehicle and he spent a lot of his time on the phone giving us his best price and discussing trade in. This was a huge help since we were driving 2 hours away from home. When we got there, he was very friendly and helpful. They had the truck clean and ready for us. He gave us the keys to test drive it. While we test drove, he checked out our vehicle for trade in price. By the time we got back, he has everything written down on paper for us to the exact dollar the loan would be (trade in value, price of new vehicle, taxes, tag, etc).
