“I’m happy with the service. Josh was great to work with. I really liked his honesty. The level of communication he gave me was exceptional. The only problem was, I took my vehicle in a week before the service to schedule the appointment and to let them know what I needed. The day of the appointment arrived and nobody ever followed up with me. Even though I had brought my vehicle in the prior week, nobody ever ordered the parts I needed or notified me of the cost. This resulted in the dealership having to keep my vehicle for 2 days waiting for the parts to arrive. It was extremely frustrating. Since nobody reached out to me prior to the service date, I was unaware that a PO had to be opened and/or payment given for the part. I hope this isn’t common practice. I will go back for service one more time to give them a second chance mainly because of how great Josh was to work with.”

“This store had exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to get pre-emergent for my lawn. The staff member there was very helpful and thoughtful to match what I wanted with what sort of grass I had at home depending on the time of year. He was happy to explain his thought process for me as well. Their equipment is more so meant for commercial use but he didn't mind me coming in to just get one small bag. He and I even made a plan of what I should do to help my grass over the next few months . My bag of pre-emergent will probably be able to make two rounds on my .3 acre property. There hours aren't very conducive to non commercial business, they open at 7 am so I had to pop in before work since they close at 4.30 and aren't open on weekends . When I arrived at 7.30 he was still working on opening the store so he wasn't quite ready for me, but my transaction was quick and didn't make me late for work.”
