“These guys are great. Best customer service I've seen in Charlotte. My wife and I got gravel, flagstone, river rocks and mulch for a backyard landscaping project we did this weekend. Pricing was very reasonable and they took good care in walking us through all of our options. Rocks are rocks, but the service here is top notch. The cypress mulch we got is great, and way better than the city mulch we got for the front yard, that smelled like compost and had plastic bits mixed in. We will use ALS as long as we are living in Charlotte.”

“The manager Cathy was awesome!! Over 2 years, I needed 4 different storage units. She always helped me find just the right size spaces. She took extra time listening to my situation and was very kind. Cathy called me when a space I needed came open. She gave me many tips on how to pack it to help make the most of the spaces. And took time to made sure I understood the procedures for moving out quickly, so that I wouldn't be charged extra by moving out on a short notice. She was way more than patient with my many calls trying to figure out just what I needed and when. She made a very difficult time for my family more graceful. I can't say enough good things about her - she is why I've stayed so loyal to Brookshire Mini Storage for several years now. The climate controlled units I used were very clean and well monitored - cameras, locked doors & lots of safety wire around the perimeter. They provided the perfect solution for us - and Cathy, the manager was a critical piece of my decision to go with their units.”
