“Great gym with equipment for all tiers, from beginners to advanced. I have been a member of over a dozen gyms in Charlotte and this is my favorite one so far. No one bats an eye if you make a little noise. Only complaint is that it would help if they had more 45 lb plates. Not to say there is a big shortage it's just at peak times during the week it can be somewhat of an inconvenience.”
