“Two boys haircuts. Happy with service and cuts and prices. Some concerns about online check in. I had reserved places in advance, even though it seemed like a slow day. But also immediately when you enter you are almost assaulted with did you register online? I said yes and one of the two people cutting hair that day almost seemed not to believe me. She immediately walked over to the computer and verified my name. there were just two other people there waiting: one woman and her sister and a gentleman. Plus Two people in chairs having their hair cut. once it was verified that we had registered online, the gentleman waiting got up and left saying as he walked out, "you can take me off the list." I assumed he had been waiting a long time and each time he rose to the top of the list, someone else with an online registration walked in. I can understand his frustration. When my two boys were seated I briefly discussed their haircuts with the stylists and showed pictures after their last haircut in another city. They quickly acknowledged the number which apparently identified their cuts but meant nothing to me. But they proceeded, had friendly conversations with the two boys during the cuts, and quickly turned these two customers around. I have not been a great clips user previously, but was pleased with the cost, the service, and the cuts and will return.”

“I had a great experience here. The NP was very caring, personal and paid great attention to detail. It said there was an 83 minute wait when I checked in, but I was seen within 20 minutes of arrival. Better experience all around than Urgent Care or even my PCP. Next time someone in my family needs to see a doctor quickly this will be our go-to.”

“I don't think I can accurately describe how wonderful the experience I had with Elite Cleaners. About 6 weeks before my wedding, I had to get a new wedding dress! I dropped it off to get it cleaned and would not have guessed the series of events that would take place afterward. When I first bought the dress, I followed the bridal boutique's recommendations to drop it off at Elite Cleaners since that is the cleaners they recommend. I was contacted by the owner and wedding dress cleaner Leila about the cost of cleaning my dress. She also asked if I was going need any alterations on my dress...I needed several! She explained that she wanted to wait before cleaning my dress to get the alterations so that I wouldn't have to get my dress cleaned again. I really appreciated her honesty and consideration. I explained that I lived in Columbia SC and that I need my dress somewhat quickly. Leila went on to explain that they have a seamstress named Marlene that is an expert seamstress that she would recommend her because she is wonderful with formals alterations. Also Leila herself could empathize since she has three daughters and stated that she knows how stressful this time can be. Leila had my dress picked up from the branch where I left it to the one on Carmel Rd so that the cleaning and alterations could be done in one spot and save me from making several stops in a city I don't live in. I was willing to commute for great service and drove the 1.5 hour journey only twice to get my dress altered before it was ready. She completely took care of me! Marlene is a darn good seamstress with 40+ years experience and it shows! I attached some before and after pics at the end of this review, although the after seems to want to post first! Just reverse the order, haha! The price was fair and the customer service was top notch. I don't have a picture to post here but my dress, once it was altered and cleaned, looked amazing! I felt like royalty in it and I am so grateful to Leila. I can't even fully post how helpful she was in helping me get my dress in fear that someone may take advantage of her kindness, she was that over-the-top helpful. I am also grateful to Jo in her contribution in helping me get my dress at a time that worked well for me. Leila said to me that the cleaners once belonged to her father and that he always emphasized how important it is to keep the customer first priority, and she could not have done any better! They personalized caring for me in a way that I never expected and I will be always appreciative. If I ever have any formal attire that needs cleaning or alterations again, I would definitely use Elite Cleaners, even if I still live 80 miles away.”

“One of the top 5 starbucks in town when it comes to atmosphere. The staff is friendly. More so than most other Starbucks in town. Perhaps this has to do with manager. He's awesome. I see a post or two where people talk about their wait time. For whatever it's worth I think this needs to be taken with a grain of salt. First of all these folks get orders out quickly. But here's a first-hand experience. A friend and I went to Starbucks and we were waiting in line with 6 people in front of us. One of those people had a pretty big multiple order. The wait was long for sure. When we had our coffee and sat down my friend proceeded to give this Starbucks a one-star rating due to the wait time. Come on folks. Another thing you see here, and I love seeing it, is it there are several math tutors who uses Starbucks as their home base. I love watching these teenagers absorb information from these experts. It's a fun Starbucks!”
