  The team at Giant University City (GUC) made my quest for a new mountain bike upgrade quite seamless. One of the bikes on my short list was the new Trance 29 2 and I was able to demo the bike for a 24 hour period for a reasonable price. This allowed me to really get a feel for it on some of my favorite trails, 3 different ones to be exact, to make sure it was the right rig for me before buying. Topping it off was another test ride as GUC was an attendee at the Outdoor Market at the USNWC in the fall of '18. This additional free seat time only solidified my decision. I'm very happy I went with GUC and am proud to be a member of Team Giant!
  
  Also, since I purchased the bike within a month of my paid demo, they took the cost of that demo off the price of the bike, so that was a nice added bonus! GUC just recently completed my free 90-day tune up to ensure everything is working smoothly. It is and the bike is an absolute trail smasher! The more I pedal, the more I love it! Go see the friendly and knowledgeable crew at Giant University City, I wasn't disappointed and I don't think you will be either!

  Friendly and accommodating, not pushy. I felt cared for as a customer and that they really try to build relationship, not just sell.

  Recently decided to get back into mountain biking/trail riding and after visiting a couple of other stores in the area I stopped in to Giant University City to take a look. I was immediately greeted by Mark who was able to answer all of my questions and provided some valuable insight on what I would want in a bike based on my needs. He took a great deal of time thoroughly explaining the features and benefits of each model before I took them out for a quick ride. I ended up buying a new fathom 2 and could not be happier with the entire purchase process. I strongly recommend anyone in the market for a bike, service, or accessories to visit this location!

  I have been utilizing this shop for service work for the last few years. They have always been great to work with. I recently purchased a new Defy from them and could not be any happier. I even stopped in on my first ride with the bike to thank them. I highly recommend this shop.

  Great bike shop. My wife and I have each bought two bikes there, so we've had many opportunities to interact with the crew. They are always helpful and professional. Special thanks to Mark and Craig who got my bikes back to new after I crashed one and buried the other in two feet of mud.
