“almost my first full month of living here and I really like it !!!! going from a regular apartment to a townhome is definitely an upgrade for me, the staff are nice, maintenance is definitely good, as far as I've experienced so far, and yet to have any issues.. as far as anybody looking to move here, let me just say that rent is based on a day to day bases, MEANING, before moving in, the rent that is quoted to you COULD IN FACT change, going up or even down, just noting this so that if you do visit you'll know what to expect.. but all and all, I am a satisfied tenant !”
