  You cannot get better care and people than Providence Animal Hospital! They took such love and concern for my little Myrtle the turtle. I will never take her anywhere else. All of the staff are excellent and Dr. Lail is the BEST ever!

  We have been going there for over 25 years and have received the best treatment and care for our Golden's. Several years ago we had to put our Golden down on a Sunday and Dr. Weeks came into the office to help us out. That is above and beyond. I highly recommend Providence Animal Hospital and applaud all of the vets and employees there.

  I've been taking my dogs here since 2009. I love all of the staff and have had great experiences with every single doctor here.

  This is my favorite veterinary ever. They have two locations. One is in Waxhaw the other one is off Rea Road in Charlotte. It’s in a rather busy shopping center but they have marked parking so you can get in easily. My first impression was the place is exceptionally clean. The front desk is friendly and I’ve never had to wait. Once you are in the back they have the nicest assistants who are loving and gentle with your pet. The vet then comes in and assess the situation. I think Dr. Weeks is the animal whisperer. I’ve been talking my dog to him for eight years and he has always diagnosed her with the least amount of expensive unnecessary test as possible. I highly recommend the veterinary and particularly Dr. Weeks.

  My lab needed to be seen right of way. They were happy to accommodate my drop off and pickup. The staff are all sensitive and knowledgeable. Even though I haven't been often I knew I was in great hands from the moment I walked in and out the door. P.S. I get followup calls too ;-)

  I took my dog on a Saturday afternoon after he had just been bitten by a copperhead snake. I had not been here before but no one else was open. We called and they were booked all day but said to come by and they would see him immediately. They were very nice and wanted to help and pushed us up time wise because they already had other appointments and were just helpful. The staff were friendly, they knew what they were doing and just handled our emergency well. The doctor knew what was going on and was very informative and detailed. I appreciate people like this. They went out of their way to help on a Saturday and were completely professional. I needed a new vet. I just found one.
