“From the moment we walked into University Volvo, we felt comfortable. You know how sometimes you get a "bad vibe" when you walk into a dealership? Not here. We were greeted by sales staff and left to explore the vehicles on our own. They checked on us but no pressure. Since we were looking right before Christmas, everything fell the week of, so we dealt with closings, which actually worked out perfectly. Everything went off without a single hitch!
