(March 3, 2019, 11:02 am)A great place to purchase items for classes or school spirit. The employees are always helpful and pleasant to approach with a question or to checkout my purchase. I've never felt that I was put aside or ignored. The experience is comparable to an experience at Chick-fil-a where the customer service is professional, courteous and efficient. At UNCC bookstore, a long line does not mean a long wait. The employees help each other. Those who are on the floor will come to the register to work together to shorten the line. A short line will be over on a few minutes. My review is about the service. I can order online or go somewhere else, but the customer service is great at this location, and I have not been disappointed.
