I've never felt that I was put aside or ignored. The experience is comparable to an experience at Chick-fil-a where the customer service is professional, courteous and efficient. At UNCC bookstore, a long line does not mean a long wait. The employees help each other. Those who are on the floor will come to the register to work together to shorten the line. A short line will be over on a few minutes. My review is about the service. I can order online or go somewhere else, but the customer service is great at this location, and I have not been disappointed.”

“What you all have to understand that it’s either you help or don’t comment at all. It’s hard working at a store that’s low staffed and people don’t come into work. Yes the lines are long but you can’t take it out on the cashiers they do the best they can we all do. What everyone as a society has to learn is that we are all humans we’re not robots. Honestly, sometimes the customers are just as bad as the staff. I had someone come through my line and instead of telling me how she wanted me to bag something she reaches across the counter and starts bagging her own items. I’m here the help, there was absolutely no reason for her to reach across my counter. Not saying this excuse for anyone having an attitude, but you all have to show more compassion and be mindful that this is a low wage store that’s trying. This location is accepting applications if anyone of you all want to help. Thank you! Also, if you could have your method of payment ready you’d be surprised how much faster things would go.”

I had made a mistake with my reservations and after a few phone calls with choice hotels without resolution the front desk supervisor Bina jumped right in and cleared everything up within a few minutes. “Bartender was very sweet, said she only worked on Wednesday nights. Appetizers we're good and the owner hooked me up with some food. Drinks are fairly priced. Only reason I gave 4 stars is because they claim they are a sports bar but doesn't have sports package. Could not watch hornets on the opening night. Went there specifically for the game.”

I pulled into NTB at 6:10 and they were happy to replace my 2 front tires. They were wrapping up other jobs, but they still put me on the queue and got it done in about an hour. They were happy to stay late. These guys have earned my business for life. EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!”
