“I'd been wearing braids for three ENTIRE years. I said new year new me. Looked for somewhere close by that did natural hair. Salon 444 popped up with all good reviews. Decided to check them out in person. Ms. Lei had me sit in the chair and we spoke for like 15 - 20 mins about my hair and scalp and what issues I had etc. She told me things about my hair and scalp NO ONE ever told me about in my LIFE. We decided on a course of action I set the appointment....To say she LAID my hair would be an understatement!! I was so pleased and got so many compliments it was ridiculous! Y'all better stop playing and go see Ms. Lei! She is truly gifted and talented. I'll let y'all in on a little secret...*(She has God's blow-dryer)* :)”

“If I could give this store 10 stars, I would! From the moment you walk in you a greeted by several employees. Then, they ask how they can help and they sounded genuine when asking, not robotic. But what I really want to point is they LISTENED to my problems without cutting me off in mid-sentence. They made EYE CONTACT with me, not looking at there own phones. They couldn't fix it at that moment so they gave me loaner phone until my phone could be fixed. This experience was 10 days ago. Fast forward today and I walk in to the exact greeting and the exact terrific experience as the first. I love this location and the people who work here. I dont know everyone last name but I want to personally thank all the following employees at this location. This is now my Sprint location. Thank you Daniel, the tech guy in back. Awesome dude! Tiffany, she deserves a rise. This chic rocks! Brandon, the store manger Brandon, the cool guy. You guys are the meaning of CUSTOMER RELATIONS and CUSTOMER SERVICE! I wish you guys could go train the people at the brand new Galleria location on the skills that you hold because this is the worst store when receiving great customer service and customer relations.”

“Amazing! Great service at the drive thru and the food was so hot and fresh! The fries were delicious, cooked just the way I'm sure they were intended to be cooked and served at McDonald's worldwide. It would be great if you could dismantle the inoperable drive thru speaker, or get it up and running because I sat there for a moment before I realized there were two speakers.”

Small waiting area, busy busy busy, but working hard. The only bad experience was with fellow customers troubling the employees to score a free pizza. If you cannot afford a tip, do not go out- stay home and make a pb&j.”
