“First of all I must admit that I am part of the Hilton ecosystem. That is, it usually stay at Hilton properties. I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn by the Charlotte Airport for business reasons. I have stayed at other Hilton Garden Inn locations across the Midwest as well. As with the other properties, the locations are clean, well maintained, with enough amenities to make an enjoyable stay. Coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerators in the room. There are a few larger room suites available at each location. The properties have very nice facilities for business meetings, interviewing, or educational sessions. Staff are very attentive from front desk to food/beverage staff. On site food until 10 PM. (No need to find restaurants for meals which may not be that close if you are located in a business park!) Breakfast buffet was well prepared with a wide variety of choices. There is a canteen area to purchase packaged foods, snacks, as well as those health and beauty items you left of on the bathroom sink when you were packing. Free shuttle. I have often chosen Hilton Garden Inn locations for personal travel as well. Highly recommended.”

I've visited several locations in my area and this is the only one that does not have stock all over the place, merchandise thrown everywhere and aisles that are impossible to get down. One store in particular has appeared to be a hazard. This was a great location! Staff working at this time was even nice.”
