“After posting the information/review in the second paragraph I was contacted by the management. The management has decided not to charge a fee for paying your rent online due to the feedback from several tenants. I respect the management decision and decided to change my review and rating. I have never had any other issue with Bottom Line Property Management and I'm satisfied with their services. I've been renting from Bottom Line Property Management for over a year an a half now. For the last year an a half I've been paying a $2.95 fee to pay online. This will increase to $4.95 in March 2019. If you write a check, pay with a money order, or cashier check that fee will be $13.95. This is robbery. The property owners need to be made aware of these fees. I will not be renewing my lease because this is just another way for this company to rob the tenants.”

“Love Pinky’s! It’s so unique. The atmosphere is super fun with music and an eclectic vibe inside. The food is delicious!! I usually get the chicken poppers with buffalo sauce which is wonderful! The service is efficient and the staff are always friendly and nice. This last time I tried a piece of their homemade chocolate peanut butter cake and wow it was amazing!!! The food is very reasonably priced too! You won’t regret grabbing a meal here!”
