(March 13, 2019, 11:45 am)Been here two years, soon to be 3 and will be renewing lease for a 4th year, in Septemember 2019. Love it here!! We have never had a major issue. Staff is friendly and willing to help, that goes from the office staff, Patsy and Amanda to the maintenance staff (not sure of all their names,) Things happen in life and you have to adjust, things you CANNOT CONTROL. Apartments are dated a little; however superb apartment we have! It's a great place to live for the money. I highly recommend The Landings! Will not be moving out, unless we decide to buy a house!

(January 28, 2019, 5:26 pm)Absolutely love living here. I've lived in many apartment complexes over the years and this one is really good. It may be a little older but the units and grounds are well maintained. The office staff is friendly. The maintenance staff are very responsive and friendly. The neighbors are nice, its never too noisy, there's lots of parking.
If you don't need a lot of bells & whistles in an apartment, and just need a nice play to live at a reasonable price--I'd definitely check this place out! -

Especially Patsy. If I have a problem they always try to fix it as soon as
possible. I love living here. It is a great, , quite place to live.
