I’ve been a member here for about 6 months and I’ve benefited so much from sweating it out at this gym, hands down this is the best gym I have ever joined!

Sadly… I’m moving over an hour away here in a few months so I had to cancel today but I’m going to keep my eyes open for more HOTWORX gyms popping up, I’m sure there will be ….These gyms are pure genius.

As a former owner of a Fitnes Franchise myself I could honestly say that Hotworx is an awesome business. I truly love my own time working out and just taking care of myself. The staff were very friendly and professional. Hotworx ballantyne location is definetely an awesome to get your workout in. I am happy and very satisfied customer.To the owners and staff, keep up the good work!!!!!

My very first time trying my HOTWORX free session I was hooked! I love the different workouts with the virtual instructors the workouts are for every fitness level from the beginner to the workout warrior. I love love love the fact that I'm working out in an Infrared Sauna, reaping the benefits from the heat, the Isometric exercise, and the Infrared energy, HOTWORX calls it 3D fitness. My family and friends saw my results after my first session! I lost inches due to the detoxifying benefits of the type of workout in the Infrared Sauna. I'm more firm and tone and I've only been going a few weeks! Plus it's Peaceful up to 3 people fit in each sauna but I go on very off hours due to my schedule so I've always been in my sauna alone! it's like my own private studio. HOTWORX is open 24 hours in a very nice location.

Get this the nurse's at my mom's doctor's office saw me 2 times in 2 weeks, and on the second week they asked me what I was doing to get smaller so quickly well I told them and Now they are going to join too!
