  My fiance and I LOVE Villani's. We are in there almost every week. The owners are such sweet and genuine people. We are obsessed with their cakes and have yet to try one we didn't like. They will be making our wedding cake and we can't wait for our guests to try it!

  Best bakery in Charlotte! First time and everything was delicious. Excellent customer service. I love the picnic tables too. 100% recommend.

  Man, I am glad I went. Got the red velvet cake, and honestly it is some of the best cake I’ve had in a long time. Moist, dense but light at the same time. Generous slice as well, took two of us two sessions to finish it off. Will definitely be returning. Great selection and really nice people.

  You will get an excellent cup of coffee and pastries and cakes are equal to quality you would get in Europe! Prices are in line with the quality. Don't let the humble exterior dissuade you. Simply you need to go here if you're into top grade pastries!

  There really are no word to describe the deliciousness of Villani's but I will try...
  We happened upon this unassuming little white brick building and stumbled into Heaven on Earth! The macarons were light and sweet and beautiful! We also tried a chocolate croissant that melted in your mouth. (I really wish I had brought more home!) The croissant was filled to full with chocolate. It took me 2 days to eat it! We also tried the coffee crumble cake (I think that was the name). Delicious! We also brought home some of their homemade biscuits for breakfast the following morning. Melt in your mouth the way Granny's did biscuits! So good!! And we could not leave without a piece of one of their to die for cakes. We choose the Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake. Yes, you read that correctly, a cake that tasted like a reece's cup!
  And to finish all this goodness up, they have a wonderful coffee menu too!!

  I feel like none of this describes the whole experience adequately. So just do this...
  The next time you go to Charlotte or have a craving for something sweet, stop in at Villani's. I promise, you will love it!
