“Not too long of a wait- they got you in and out as quick as they could. Went in for an oil change and they explained the options available and the benefits of each without pressuring an option. They did additional checks for me without charge and brought back in 2 disgusting filters from my car and helped me to replace those at a reasonable cost. Yes it was additional but that’s just smart selling and even tacked on a discount for me so I’d say they went above and beyond!”

“Most of the employees there are great--managers and cashiers have always been friendly in my case, but honestly I've only ever met a couple of them consistently. It's the other customers and the help desk that you have to watch out for; given the opportunity, they'll do anything to show any semblance of intellectual superiority. What great customer service /s However, this is more of a con from shopping around in this area of Charlotte.”
