“I could not recommend them any higher!! We went in for our first visit (scheduled online -- was emailed back almost immediately after they opened) with a very sick dog and unfortunately put him down the same day. Dr. Cooper could not have been any more compassionate or understanding or patient. He was amazing. He gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye. When I went to pick up the ashes today, I was handed a bag with the grace and delicacy as if they were handing me back my baby. Inside was a box with his ashes as well as a condolence card -- plus a pawprint with his name on it. They were absolutely amazing at what was a very difficult and emotional time.”
