  Mason was incredible, really felt like he cared about my feet and the outcome from getting inserts from the good feet store! When all other brands of inserts no longer work or only fixes part of the issue. The good feet store offers what others can’t and is backed by a lifetime guarantee. Day 1 of many to my renewed feet and proper balance and support. Comfort comes at a cost that has to be wanted more than anything in life. I am looking forward to having lifetime comfort and having my balance and posture corrected permanently.

  I went into store with just really wanting to see what I may would need to help me with support of my knees and and lower back pain and was introduced to Jacob.......Jacob was full of complete knowledge of the store and what it had to offer me as a customer. He knew everything there was to know about The Good Feet Store and more. He was very patient, kind and understanding with me. I was made to feel as though he actually cared about me and my total overall heath in a genuine way not as a prospective customer. He took his time in showing me every aspect of the products that the company sold and how each one would benefit me to help balance my body with my knees and back. He shared with me all the avenues of purchasing the product that I needed and there was never any pressure to do anything. He won me over when he said I love my job, I love talking to people and helping them through process of being pain free with the product he suggest.
  I would also like to HIGH FIVE Ashley for her support not just for my well being but supporting Jacob as a co-worker and not an employee. She did this by acknowledging him on what he was educating me on and the needs I may have. Together they were awesome not as a "tag team" because that was not what they were doing . I don't believe that either of them need to be tagged
  as they both are excellent in what they do. There was a 3rd person there as well and undoubtley she is just as knowledgeable as Jacob and Ashley because her customers went out 4 bags.
  
  If you are in the market for finding something to help your relive stress from you waist to your knees and feet I totally recommend The Good Feet Store @ Ikea and make sure you ask for Jacob or Ashley. Yes the prices are high but for a better quality of life and being able to be pain free for the most part why not direct those funds to your body???? It deserves it.

  We had a great experience at this Good Feet location! Ashley was great! She was professional, knowledgeable and fun! She was able to help my husband find the relief that he has been looking for for years! I'm looking forward to coming to get some supports for myself in the future!

  My husband and I stopped in just to look and get more information. We were greeted by Morgan who was so helpful and patient with us. She took her time to explain and go over everything, answered questions etc. The inserts and shoes made a tremendous difference for my husband. At the end we were not prepared to make the purchase, she offered different options with no success. The District Manager happened to be there and my husband was able to leave with the needed shoe inserts to help improve his day to day. We will forever be grateful.. So excited to see how this will improve pain and balance for my husband. The Good Feet Store is definitely worth stopping in.

  Two weeks ago when I stepped in the good feet store I was not expecting to meet this very kind knowledgeable young man Jake. I told him I am looking for shoes with arch support since the old ones I had are not working well. He took his time to explain me the science behind the arch support and the service they are giving . I left the store with three different inserts and one pair of a wonderful shoe and how to use instructions. My knee pain back pain was gone almost in a week I followed his program except the relaxers. Today I went back and told him my struggle with not be able to use relaxers he understood me. I gave back the relaxer inserts instead I bought another pair of shoe. From now on the store will be my permanent shoe destination . Now I have a gift card that whenever I want I can go back and buy more shoes. Everyone in the store was so nice the store was so clean and bright and I’m so happy that I found them.
