Post Office

This is my neighborhood post office. I find the staff to be very helpful and greets me with a smile. Adequate parking. They have a self service area for mailing letters and packages. I haven't used it yet but with Christmas just around the corner I just may do that.

The finest Post Office in all of Charlotte, hands down.

I went in the post office today with a head full of steam after tracking a sensitive document that was sent to the court house on 10/3 . i was given a deadline by the supreme court that they needed the information by 10/23. i track the package and notice it was just sitting in post office since like the 14th . after the clerk told me all she can was give me a number i asked to speak to supervisor , because it’s covid 19 i’m not reaching nobody in the post office in newark called different numbers i’m not doing that stop playing with my emotions lady ... i was greeted by Ms. Hall the manager i explained the situation . she stated she can call n try to see what’s going on . . she called several numbers finally got someone on the phone , put it on speaker & asked for the contact information for the manager of that post office . The lady on the phone Verify ms hall & emailed the information ......Mannnn Ms Hall call the lady had her find the package & had it delivered today . Ms Hall Went Above n beyond for me & few others today . some guy had mailbox issues , another business man was having trouble with the mail person at his business . i heard her ask the mail guy what time u get there , & told him/her i’ll meet you at the business to find out what’s going on ..,,, sooo THANK YOU SO MUCH MS. Hall . for going above n beyond for being the manager for my local post office.
