My only complaint is after my car was painted I can tell it wasn't done properly because the entire inside of my car was covered in primer. I bet Maaco doesn't leave your floor mats, dash and windows a shade of gray. I would've gone back to address it but why the headache? It's not like the owner John didn't know. He drove my car out and then attempted a "quick rinse off" before handing me the keys. I believe in integrity and instead of addressing it and offering to get it out (I mean they do advertise to be a detail shop) he chose the less noble route. The repair work and the paint job was great. But when you make money with your vehicle it's important your dash doesn't look like Betty Crocker threw a flour rager. I was rooting for you Body Pros, I was really rooting for you.”

“I highly recommend going here over the Concord location. Gil and Jeremy are very nice and appreciate their customers. I originally got my windows tinted at the Concord location, they did not do what I asked, then wanted to argue about my dissatisfaction and tell me about all the awards they've won. Concord was impossible to work with. After being yelled at and berated by the Concord store Manager and backed up by his wife for 2 days, the owner of all the Sun Stoppers, Thad, a real stand up guy, got me on the phone and remedied the situation in two minutes. I had to drive another 25 miles to the South Charlotte location, but it was worth every mile. Like I said, Gil and Jeremy are great Managers and they really want you to be satisfied with their product and their expertise. If you want your windows tinted or any body wrap protection, don't hesitate to go a little further and visit the South End Location. I know I will go back to them from now on. The photo of my drivers window is from Concord, that's supposed to be as dark as legally possible, 35%. They didn't even have 35% at the Concord location, and refused get it, then tried to tell me 45% was metering at near 35%, when it wasn't(I verified a 44% reading by 3 different, unaffiliated inspection stations, Concord said the 3 different meters were all measuring incorrectly, though they were within .6% of each other). Thank you, Thad, Gil and Jeremy for making things good! The three of you are fantastic.”
