The first thing that stood out to me was how the staff really listened to my needs and budget. I went into quite stressed, but the staff really made me feel at ease. The staff clearly explained the issue and quickly resolved it all the while including me in the decision making process. The staff even took the extra time and effort to vacuum out my car and wipe down the windows, which really made my day! I was offered complimentary coffee while I waited. The whole experience was GREAT. I will be returning for all of my auto repair needs!”

“I've been taking my car here since 1989, mostly for inspections and a few minor repairs. Even though the business changed hands and names a couple of times, the service had always been consistent and dependable. The staff are so nice and explain things thoroughly. They quote and check with you before they do any additional repairs they may need to perform if they discover additional or more involved work needed. I used to live right across the street from the shop in the Starmount community. My parents used the business for inspections and repairs long before I did. We never had a problem. Prices for repairs are reasonable and done fairly quickly. They are always busy! A good indicator of a quality auto care shop.”
