  I was referred to this imaging center by my Reproductive Endocrinologist after almost 2 years of unexplained infertility for an HSG test. If you don't know what that is, it's pretty invasive and awkward (way more awkward than a standard pap) because it's imaging of my uterus/fallopian tubes. My entire drive to this location was filled with anxiety as I had heard the HSG can be pretty painful. Upon arrival, the front desk staff was super nice. I was called back by a radiology student, who went through standard questions. She was very kind, informative, and explained the procedure well. Rebecca was the main radiologist tech (I hope that's the right job title) who assured me that the procedure was not nearly as bad as I had read online (my mistake, yall don't read online things). I've been through quite a few things with fertility, but was a little nervous about having a male doctor do the procedure - however, Dr.Burns was amazing and made me feel very comfortable. The HSG was pretty quick, and while crampy, did not hurt like I thought it would. I honestly wish staff could be this great everywhere I go (which is a lot of places nowadays between a heart condition and fertility problems). Wish I could give 10 stars!

  Had a diagnostic ultrasound done today and had a very nice experience. I appreciated almost immediately how the front desk receptionist made eye contact and smiled as I walked in. The ultrasound technician was very friendly, professional and explained everything thoroughly. (I wish I could remember his name but if he reads this a special thanks)
  
  Oftentimes those in healthcare forget what it’s like to be in unfamiliar surroundings and be a little nervous. I appreciate the warm welcome, friendly atmosphere and professionalism that was demonstrated today. Thank you.

  Mrs. Robbie has given me several CT scans and have been polite informative and patient each time.
