I called and made an appointment (which I also had to reschedule due to work) so finally Saturday I was able to make it, and I can't do anything but gush about Ms. Betsy and Dr. Gilmartin. Although I don't like the set up they have because of the pandemic I understand it's necessity, but it made me feel a bit uncomfortable because I had to hand my pooch over to someone we don't know.... BUT despite that, communication was excellent! The patience they had for me and my worries and all of my questions was outstanding. Ms. Betsy took extra time to inform me about the plus package (which she did not have to sell me on at all it's great!)”

It looks more like an upscale day spa than your typical dental office. Dr. Tailor is amazing. She's very caring, down-to-earth, and super sweet. Janet and Megan (the hygienists) were exceptionally kind and made great conversation. Lucie and Erika at the front were so kind and helpful with discussing treatment. As someone who doesn't have dental insurance, they put my mind at ease and really worked with me on a treatment plan that's conducive to my budget and schedule. I was also able to take advantage of their New Patient Special, which literally saved me like $300. I highly recommend this practice if you are new in the area or need a new dental provider! 10/10”

“A great PLACE! I stayed at hopeway in Charlotte for about 43 days longest my insurance would let me stay and it saved my life and help me so much at the time. The NURSES were wonderful won’t names since they all were. The facility and campus and brand new feel like and beautiful landscaping. You have your own private room and bath. Even with covid we made and tried to make it more interesting. Im from wilmington and my dr was Dr peck and my therapist was Corey. I am so thankful for all the staff so supportive, smiling, Helping and happy to be there. The food was amazing also and then there is a snack bar 3 Times a days. Full size basketball gym. Got a smaller gym to work out not to bad. Nice little trail. Bobby at horticulture is amazing Art is amazing. Thank to all at Hopeway for helping me get the help I needed back in May-June 2020.
