iShine Yoga & Wellness

I had the privilege of taking my YTT at iShine Yoga & Wellness with the owner of the studio ( Genevieve Boulanger ) leading the training. I went in thinking I just wanted to learn about yoga and advance my practice....I ended up getting so much for than I ever expected. Not only is Genevieve knowledgable and professional but she has a heart of gold. I am very grateful that I choice iShine. Not only do I teach at several studios in the area as a graduate but more importantly I made some of the best friends in my life!

Did an introduction to Yoga class with Zac, really excellent class, location and instructor. Would highly recommend. He was really thoughtful in how he broke down the moves and explained them in a fun and relaxed environment.

I had such a great experience with Theresa's virtual class. I really appreciate that you made it free and accessible to everyone. It was my first virtual class. It was awesome! It also allowed me and my sweet cousin in Indian Trial to do a class virtually together. It was very special to us in this time of uncertainty. Thank you all so much!

iShine is so wonderful! My favorite class is Long Slow Deep with Donna on Sunday evenings. It's the perfect way to start a new week on the right note. She puts your mind at ease as soon as class starts with a relatable reading and mantra setting. And the flow of class is the perfect balance of poses and counter-poses to help loosen your muscles. I always leave feeling so refreshed and relaxed! I'd highly recommend iShine
