We went in last Saturday (12/1/18) and looked at a Fusion. After we seen we liked it, we went in and spoke with Edwin. He took us right on a test drive and worked with us over everything. Gave us the full truths and all. We put a deposit on the car to come back the next weekend. We went back today (12/8/18) and finished the deal on the Fusion. We arrived at the dealership at 10:10 and were leaving by 12:15. Everything from Edwin the salesman, Josh the General Manager and Phil the F&M manager we’re awesome! “Purchased Prius Battery Modules -- better than advertised, great price! I had just recently purchased 9 battery modules from the highest rated seller on eBay, 3 of the 9 battery modules failed out of the box and the remaining 6 batteries were unmatched and all of the modules were at various amp hour capacities. I purchased 14 batteries from Mike (I am in Eastern Washington State) and I got exactly what I had purchased. These battery modules came at higher capacity than advertised or that I paid for. They were all individually wrapped in bubble wrap, (the 9 others I had purchased from brand X on eBay, just came in a box with no wrapping). I was so thrilled with John and that I actually received a better product than I ordered, I am writing this review from across the country. I also called Mike to let him know how pleased I was. Mike even helped me over the phone with how to set up my High Voltage battery pack. I have two piers that are also purchasing hybrid vehicle parts, and I am going to make sure that they go to Mike! Great job! I am extremely impressed.”

“From the moment we walked into University Volvo, we felt comfortable. You know how sometimes you get a "bad vibe" when you walk into a dealership? Not here. We were greeted by sales staff and left to explore the vehicles on our own. They checked on us but no pressure. Since we were looking right before Christmas, everything fell the week of, so we dealt with closings, which actually worked out perfectly. Everything went off without a single hitch! Every person we came in contact with during the experience was courteous and helpful as they could be and knew their product too! They have a wide variety of cars. It was very nice to be able to look at my options on their website first. They have lots of cars on special or with discounted pricing. They are conveniently located between Old Concord Road's and Tom Hunter's train stops. I was able to take the train up to Old Concord and walk the half mile with no trouble. Charlie was excellent.
