“Picked up a screw in one of my tires. Called on Thursday afternoon and they said the store was very busy and I would have a very long wait. But if I was there at 8am on Friday and they would get right in. So, I arrived at 745am on Friday. At 8am when they opened the doors I was the second customer. Looked at tire, saw the screw, had me drive into the bay. Worked done very quickly. Best part was NO charge. Thank You Discount Tire. Was back home before 9am.”

“We recently had a issue with our vehicle while dining at 5 Church. The manager Chad was very quick to assess the damage, take pictures and share his contact info. We took the car to our mechanic, he repaired the small amount of damage and sent invoice to Chad as he requested. Received check for repair in less than a week. Exceeded our expectations. Valet parking is not easy uptown and I certainly understand that our car has a very low clearance and can easily hit something when parking in these small spaces.
